1. Start seated on the floor barefoot.
2. Keep both legs in front, stretched and spine erect.
3. Keep elbows close to your body.
4.Place one end of each band in each hand. Hold the two ends of the band with your fingers.
5. Place the band under the ball of one foot.
6. Pull the ends of the band toward you. Make sure the band is taunt.
